Role Overview
We’re looking for a Part-Time PPC Specialist with hands-on experience running paid campaigns for medical practices. If you’re passionate about building data-driven campaigns that generate real patient leads and ROI, this is your chance to make a direct impact in a niche you can truly own.
Performance matters: This role is designed to start as part-time (15–20 hrs/week), but has strong potential to transition into a full-time position for the right candidate who consistently delivers results for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns tailored to medical and cash-pay services.
- Develop precise local targeting strategies to reach high-intent patients.
- Write compelling, compliant ad copy that meets strict medical advertising standards.
- Manage budgets, track conversions, and continuously optimize for ROI/ROAS.
- Run A/B testing on creatives, targeting, and landing pages to maximize performance.
- Deliver clear, actionable performance reports and insights.
Qualifications
- 2+ years managing PPC campaigns (medical/healthcare experience strongly preferred).
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Analytics, Search Console, and Tag Manager.
- Proven success generating leads for cash-pay services (plastic surgery, medspa, dermatology, concierge medicine, etc.).
- Awareness of HIPAA considerations in digital advertising.
- Skilled in analyzing results and reporting ROI in a clear, client-friendly way.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote, part-time role (15–20 hrs/week).
- Must have own equipment, reliable Wi-Fi, and a distraction-free workspace.
