The Role
We’re looking for a paid media manager who lives and breathes PPC — someone who can take full ownership of Google Ads and Meta campaigns for our clients and run them like the budget is their own. This is a results-accountable seat, not a task seat: we hand you a goal and a budget, and we expect you to run with it. You’ll work directly with the founder and alongside our existing media contractor, but you won’t be managed task-by-task — we’re hiring you precisely so we don’t have to. We care about cost per acquisition, lead quality, and revenue, not impressions or activity reports.

- Detail-obsessed about tracking and attribution — you don’t trust a campaign you can’t measure cleanly
- Reliable without being reminded — deadlines, pacing, and reporting happen because you own them, not because someone follows up
- Current on platform changes because you actually find this stuff interesting, not because someone told you to
Qualifications
Required
- 3+ years managing Google Ads and Meta Ads at a professional level (agency or in-house)
- Demonstrated mastery of PPC — a track record of profitably scaling paid campaigns with real CPA/ROAS results you can speak to
- Hands-on proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), and Google Tag Manager
- Strong grasp of conversion tracking, attribution, and pixel/tag setup
- Proven ability to run accounts independently with minimal oversight
- Ability to work as an independent contractor (own equipment, own taxes, reliable availability)
Preferred
- Google Ads and/or Meta certifications
- Experience with local or service-area businesses, lead generation, or aesthetic medicine / medspa / healthcare verticals
- Familiarity with call-tracking tools (e.g., CallRail) and CRM/booking platforms
- Experience with landing page conversion optimization
